The Lea Rhynehardt Foundation is a 501(c)3 non profit organization for young girls ages 12-18: from traditionally undeserved communities in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We collaborate, coach, and challenge young females to believe in themselves to create opportunities for their betterment. The Lea Rhynehardt Foundation was created to demonstrate to young females that Anything is Possible.

We exists to serve, educate, and cultivate the Winston-Salem, NC community.
